El Paisano

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz lime juice and simple syrup
  • Muddled mint and cucumber
  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz mescal

Procedure:

  • Strain over glass with ice
  • Top with Austin Eastciders Hopped Cider
  • Garnish with mint, cucumber wheel and cayenne pepper
