The Mini Murals Project re-imagines traffic signal control cabinets as blank canvases and invites artistic expression for all to enjoy. The cabinets, located at every intersection with a traffic signal, help instill civic pride whille beautifying neighborhoods and enhancing the urban landscape of Houston.
