Yaupon Pear Rickey

Ingredients:

4 oz. Austin Eastciders Pear Rosemary Cider
1.25 oz Treaty Oak Waterloo Old Yaupon Gin 1 tbsp pear puree
2 slides charred lemon
2 slides fresh pear
2 sprigs fresh rosemary

    Procedure:

    Muddle fresh pear, charred lemon, 1 sprig of rosemary, and pear puree in shaker glass. 
    Add Yaupon Gin and shake with ice
    Double strain into glass with ice
    Top with Austin Eastciders Pear Rosemary Cider
    Stir.
    Garnish with fresh rosemary
