Appearance: Golden, lightly hazy
Taste: Full bodied with a lightly astringent finish, characteristic of hopped beverages. Semi-sweet with hints of mango, apple, and fresh green hop buds.
Hops: Mosaic Hops from Yakima Chief Hops: Hop Breeding Co. released this hop variety in 2012, and it's been a big hit ever since! This hop's name derives from its ability to provide both a flavor and aroma profile that is multifaceted. It typically presents notes of blueberry, tropical fruit, and stone fruit.
