Where is home shipping available?

Where is home shipping NOT available?
Due to state laws and/or licensing, we currently do not ship to the following states: AL, AR, CT, DE, MI, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD, UT. We apologize for the inconvenience and urge you to request Eastciders in your favorite local spots!
What happens if you’re not at home to receive your order?
UPS will attempt delivery more than once, up to three times, but after that your package may be returned to us in Austin.
What is the refund policy for undeliverable items?
This is typically handled on a case-by-case basis! Reach out to us at onlineorders@austineastciders.com with your situation and we’ll see how we can help.
Are there any limitations or fees associated with shipments to UPS Access Point pick-up locations?
You’ll need to pick up your package from your local Access Point within a certain window of time, or UPS could return your package to us. There typically are not fees involved with using an Access Point.
How can I find out about the shipment policies of my local UPS Access Point pick-up location?
Reach out to your local UPS store! Policies can vary store-to-store and across states, so it’s best to check with the UPS stores closest to you.
Are cider orders and merchandise orders processed separately?
Yes! We ship all our cider directly from the Austin Eastciders Collaboratory, while merch orders are processed from our friends down the street at Feels So Good.
What should I do if I want to order both cider and merchandise?
These are processed through two different systems and fulfilled at two different locations, so you’ll have to check out twice.
Is there a separate merchandise shop available?
We sell some exclusive merch at the Collaboratory, but the only online shop is here.

Do you ship internationally?
While we would love to do this, unfortunately we currently do not have the capabilities.
